At The Desired Body, I provide structured, personalized coaching designed to support sustainable transformation through training, education, and accountability.   Your results are directly influenced by your consistency both inside and outside of your sessions. This includes following your training program, showing up prepared, and maintaining aligned daily habits such as nutrition, recovery, sleep, and general activity. When these areas are consistent, progress becomes measurable over time.   Basic nutrition guidance and general recommendations may be provided to support your goals; however, results ultimately depend on your ability to apply and maintain consistency with the overall plan.   My role is to provide structure, direction, and accountability throughout your journey. Your role is execution. Clients are expected to follow the program as prescribed and remain consistent between sessions.   While support and guidance are provided, results will vary. No specific outcomes or timelines are guaranteed, as progress is dependent on individual effort, discipline, and consistency.   Working with The Desired Body is a commitment-based process where accountability and follow-through are essential components of achieving meaningful results.
