I’m a 30-year-old muva of two girls, ages 4 and 9. Motherhood changed everything for me, especially how I understand strength, identity, and my own body.

I doubt I would’ve taken training seriously if it wasn’t for my pregnancies. Dealing with diastasis recti and an undiagnosed hernia made it impossible to ignore my health. What started as recovery turned into a full shift in how I live and train. I learned how to move with intention, rebuild strength properly, and actually reconnect with my body instead of fighting against it.

I believe in intelligent, intentional training for every body, no matter the starting point. Whether someone is rebuilding, returning, or already advanced, I meet them where they are and train them for where they’re going.

Since 2022, fitness has become part of my identity—not my whooole personality, just the part that keeps me grounded… and occasionally humbled.
