Welcome & Thank You! Thank you for choosing to train with me—I’m excited to work with you. If you’re new, please complete your consultation, intake form, and waiver before training begins. This helps me get to know you and ensure you’re set up for success. If you’re returning after an injury or extended time away, I may ask you to update your consultation and forms so we can safely pick up where we left off. Sessions booked before required onboarding is completed will be canceled after 24 hours and are non-refundable. Training begins once all requirements have been reviewed and approved.
